Credit Sense retains customer data for 10 years, or until the customer requests deletion (subject to the terms of our privacy policy). We offer custom data retention periods for our clients, so that you can comply with your own privacy and data retention policy(s) and ensure your Credit Sense data is automatically deleted once it hits a certain age.
